Horrendous hotel. Found the food appalling and unfit to eat. The "dining room" if that's what you call it was dirty,and service was shocking. Never again. location is well away from anything and no alternative available for food or drink.

Checked in all fine but then was explained to that they don't accept card payments for any food or bar purchases. this was the 4th time we have stayed here, always friendly helpful staff, the rooms are always comfortable & clean, breakfast just right, book in advance & you can get a very good price, we normally stay here the night before our cruise as only a 10min drive to the docks, will be back again in a few weeks

Stayed here on business and found it a good hotel to stay in. Rooms quite quiet, hot shower, comfy bed and a reasonable breakfast included. Good value for the price and handy for that side of Southampton. Would stay there again
