Booked for 3 nights dinner bed and breakfast. On booking we asked for ground floor room and told them we had a dog. On arrival they tried to give us a first floor room, but then found us another begrudingly. We were told then that there would be a £5 night charge for our dog, this had not been mentioned... more

Staff here are very helpful and really that was what bumped the ratings up for us, plus they do not allow you to stay if they have a wedding on - such a good idea, as we have all had weekends spoilt by merry wedding guests that take over most of a hotel on a Saturday night. We phoned here... more

Took my wife and our dog for a pampered pooch break. You get a doggie treat on arrival and a dog toy this was waiting for us in the room. The rooms that are dog friendly are on the ground floor and we had the family room which was nice and big. It had a lovely modern flat screen tv.... more
