If you book direct you will almost certainly be greeted by your first name - great. Nothing seems to much to ask of Kathy and Frankie - great. Food was - great. Breakfast was - great. Room number one was - great. Thanks we had a -great - time. more
We met as as family at the Kick and Dicky to celebrate a 70th Birthday. The staff could not have done more to support our difficult dietary requirements, allergies and seating arrangements. The food was wonderful, plentiful and perfect for the occasion. We wouldn't hesitate to return. more
This is such a friendly place. I was greeted by my first name straight away which made me feel very welcome, as did the blond German Shephard (dog) who met me at the door with his rugby ball and a hopeful look! We stayed at this lovely inn for one night, our only regret was that our stay was so short! It is located in the small hamlet of Wellpond Green, just a few short miles from the M11 and Stansted. We would thoroughly recommend this place, the owners Frankie and Cathy were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us throughout... more
