Stayed here after late flight back to Luton. Easily reached in about 10 minutes and very handy for M1. Check in was not the most welcoming, even though late (11.30pm) I would have expected better. On reaching the room, found it to be as expected, small and compact as these places usually are but functional and good for one night.... more

Worn and tired, noisy road outside but staff ok and helpful. Must be a very early built Holiday Inn Express. Food in pub next door usual Harvester mass produced ready in a bag stuff. As the location is right next to the M1 a good location for going into central London without your car. Drive up one junction to Luton... more

My in laws stayed at this hotel while they were visiting us for their 50th Wedding Anniversary we could not have asked for more the staff were so friendly and helpful they made mum and dad so welcome. The facilities were great for them as both are disabled and needed wheelchair access. I would so recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Stayed at the hotel in a family room. Rather cramped but good value. Breakfast average - help yourself continental. Room fairly noisy due to proximity of the M1 but convenient. About 25 miles north of London. Would use again for 1 nights stopover. more

stayed two nights using as a base to explore surrounding attractions, e.g. St. albans, Hatfield House etc. Despite being a stones throw from busy M1 motorway, room very quiet and very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast included in price. Limited view from room at rear of hotel but saw lots of rabbits grazing outside our window! Reception staff very helpful... more
