This hotel should be thoroughly ashamed of the pathetic excuse it calls a restaurant. The room is pleasant enough in the dark but by day you can see the shabby furniture and dirty floors. The food at dinner was bland and under seasoned. The service was some of the rudest I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. More

Surely very much among the best in class, with a lovely setting, high quality reception areas and charming bedrooms. This hotel is distinctive in every way. The staff are efficient but friendly and it all combines to provide a quality experience. Standards slip a little in the restaurant and the menu is rather over-priced. Otherwise, highly recommended. More
