My family and i just had a really super stay in the largest family room ever stayed in, nothing was too much trouble for the attentive but not intrusive staff who really understood the needs of a family travelling with young children. My partner and Mother stayed in the hotel for one night - we found the hotel clean, comfortable and friendly. It's the second time I've stayed, and I'll definitely be back! The reception staff were very welcoming. My trips to Canterbury are usually on business, and so I need somewhere reasonably priced to stay, The Victoria satisfies my need for close proximity to the city centre without the exorbitant prices! Good hotel, 10 to 15 minutes from city, staff very pleasant, very clean and modern. room only basis but breakfast available if required. Would recomend would book again. more

Walked into reception to be seen to very quickly. Breakfast arrangements were sorted efficiently, and we were directed to our room. The room was large enough, with a very high ceiling that made it look even larger. The bathroom could be considered small, but there was ample space for me personally.
