The manager was great, a really friendly and helpful guy. The rooms are very smart, clean and tidy. There was a good choice to order from on the breakfast menu that tasted great and you could also go up and help your self to cereals and juices. Alexandra House is well situated but looks a little scruffy from the outside. Our room was comfortable & well presented. The bathroom however was another story & needed a good clean.
