Just stayed for one night at the Alexandra House, most of what we experienced was positive, the rooms were clean, well equipped with most of the fixtures and fittings i.e. bed linen, TV etc, being nearly brand new, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the service friendly. Don't take any notice of the outside appearance, slightly overgrown to the picture on the website. In side I had a single room, lovely bright, clean, and welcoming.
