The Churchill in Dover is frankly a disgrace - check out other local hotels of which 3 are of a much better quality, similar price and in general a better bet than this. Probaly the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in, everything from the bar glasses to our room toilet was filthy. the service in the dinning room was no better taking 2 hours to have a 2 course meal. the only saving grace was the view and the food was good despite a limited menu. The location is fantastic - right on the seafront and one minute's drive from the hoverport, five from the ferryport.
