This place IS in a great location but it was last decorated in the 70's, probably, and felt very dusty and dated. There are lots of bikes and dusty hats sitting around, presumably to evoke some sort of sense of days gone by. The towels, mattresses and pillows share one characteristic, they're all very thin. Bikes - real and model- everywhere. Lovely airy older but big room. Nice bathroom (water ran a little cool). Basic cooked breakfast, limited choice of cereals. Lovely hosts with HUGE dog. Very friendly - suggestions of where to eat. Breakfast at extra charge, as many guests leave early for ferry to France. more

We stayed one night and found our room(at the back) quiet and comfortable.Lovely hand and shower soaps WERE supplied. the staffs are friendly, it's located near the city centre, which was very convenient. The rooms are really lovely, it's big, the negative sides would be all the bugs (i'm really sensitive with those stuff), and there's no shampoo and bath lotions. I would definitely stay in this place again. more
