The ranada in Dover must have the smallest hotel rooms ever, and certainly the the smallest bathrooms. We also had problems with the staff takeing pre authorisation against our debit card and then not releasing this when they took for the actually bill. Service in the restaurant was excellent but reception / management horriffic. more

Thie staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming on our arrival. This hotel was very clean and the room we stayed in was well kept and in a good clean order. Both the cafe, bar and restaurant had plenty to offer and the breakfast was brilliant with a huge choice, something for everyone. Would certainly recommend. more
