No elevator, no Airconditioning (desk fan) wish I had known. Lifting bags (4) up stairs was no fun. No internet except expensive Swiss wireless if you have your own. Won't be back. skip this one. Rooms were in good shape surprising. One hard chair to sit on. more

Stayed with my young adult son one night post cruise. We got off the ship and took a taxi to the location - make note of the address because there are 3 Premier Inns in the area and taxi cabs routinely had some confusion with getting the correct location. Our room was not ready yet, but the staff was very... more

The Dover west premier hotel is great value for money. The hotel was just ideal for us as we were travelling to Calais on the Sunday and spending the day there. We arrive on the Saturday day time and immediately we were welcomed by the reception staff at the Premier Hotel. Our room was very comfortable and was pretty modern.... more

This is a clean, warm, quiet hotel 10 mins or so from the port of Dover on the outskirts of the town. It is attached to a Beefeater restaurant where the meals and staff were great. It was a base for touring the area - Dover Castle, Samphire Hoe, The Battle of Britain Memorial - and I highly recommend it. more

Premier Travel Inn's are the best budget accommodation for one or two night stays. This is our second time staying at the Dover West Travel Inn and both times there have been no problems. We requested a cot for our daughter when making the booking on the Travel Inn website and upon arrival the room was ready with a cot... more

Rather than get up very early to catch our ferry to France, we stayed overnight at the Premier Inn in Dover and we had a brilliant start to our weekend! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the port and has ample parking. Staff on Reception were very friendly and within minutes we were in our room... more

We've booked two rooms for two nights. The first room was spacious, very basic, but had nice clean beds and a clean bathroom. The second room was spacious, very basic as well, but had nice and clean beds. The bathroom of the second room was horrible. A very bad smell came out of the sink of the bathtub. We complained... more

I am a seasoned traveller and I am now convinced that among all the names/chains of hotels aimed at the budget market that Premier Inn are the best. Wherever you are in the country you are gauranteed a clean comfortable room with decent food in close proximaty and helpful staff. The Dover West hotel is a good example and I... more

Booked the hotel directly on the day we arrived. Had intended to camp but the torrential downpours really put us off!! Lovely girl on reception when we got there who I'd previously spoken to on the phone. Rooms were basic but clean, and the location is spot on - you can even see the castle in the distance, I had... more
