Just back from a long weekend at Glendevon guest house in Ramsgate, Charlie, Rebekah and Gary were perfect hosts. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette a real bonus. Charlie makes a killer breakfast which kept us going all day. Rebekah was the perfect host and very knowledgeable and informative about the area and things to do. Gary is huge and very friendly. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend, fantastic value. Thanks guys. Rob & Teresa.

Just back from a 3 day stay at the wonderful Glendevon Guest house. The hosts Charlie and Rebekah made us feel so welcome and Charlie cooked delicious breakfasts which set us up for the day, nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who even made my teenage daughter a delicious vegetarian full English Breakfast . As a family of 5 we often have difficulties finding somewhere to stay without needing 2 rooms. The family apartment was so well equipped and spacious and was perfect for our stay. The beds were also so comfortable. The guest house is just minutes away from a beautiful beach and glorious blue sea with views of France in the distance. Also just minutes away from the town where there was an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Will definitely be returning again, hopefully for longer next time.…

After making a spontaneous decision late one sunny Saturday afternoon to visit Ramsgate, we were so lucky to have stayed at the Glendevon. From first contact until we left Rebekah couldn’t of been more helpful. We will definitely be returning and have recommended the Glendevon to family and friends.

Stayed here for second year in a row. Once again NO fault with accommodation and service. It is only walking distance to the shops as well as to the sea front. From The Glendevon to the sea cliff is aprox 100 yards and During school holidays can use the lift to/from the sea front. The WW2 Tunnels have to visit, The Hornby visitor centre (if you are interested in train sets and scalextric), and the RAF/spitfire museum are also worth visiting which both are on bus routes. My advice for anyone who wants to holiday in Ramsgate is to is to stay at Glendevon: You be mad not to.
