Stayed for one sunday night in november on an excellent value hotel deal. The room looked amazing, very modern, spacious and some very nice touches, extremely comfortable bed too. However we did have some problems with the phone ringing in the middle of the night and the tv turning itself over at the same time. There is a lot of... more

A regular visitor to Tunbridge Wells, I needed an alternative to Hotel du Vin which has sadly disappointed recently. The Brew House is an absolute gem. Central, small and chic. My room was comfortable, clean and modern - even had a balcony if I fancied braving the wind and rain! I loved the bathroom/wet room pod and the clever lighting.... more

Expensive room rate but restaurant rates normal, and the food was excellent. Room and public areas beatifully appointed in an ultra modern style. The large glass bathroom 'pod' with electrically switchable opaque glass was excellent. Good location, almost in the Pantilles, but parking is below expected standard (in a neaby rather tatty residental open parking area) Helpful staff more

As described by others, this is a very smart hotel; contemporary, clean, polite staff etc. I would have preferred the decor to be slightly more traditional but that’s personal taste. The extra charge for a z-bed is perhaps a little stingy (many hotels throw this in free-of-charge so that a little one can share the room) and he was also... more

From the moment I picked the phone up to make the booking to the moment I checked out..This place is great ! lovely rooms, superb staff very friendly and helpful, dealt with a lady called Louise think you will find there are about three Louise's. But the room was fab, dinner was great, breakfast was really nice. As I travel... more

This is a small, town centre hotel, eased smartly into a tight site, perfectly located between TW's two shopping poles, The Pantiles and the High Street. The rooms, as others have said, are ultra modern and highly equipped, but also comfortable, calm and shielded from traffic. The restaurant is really good - sound modern food, presented elegantly but fundamentally tasty.... more

We stayed for one night as a treat and a break away from our baby and booked this hotel over hotel du vin based on the reviews. The hotel has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Unfortunately I don't think the service backs this up. The shampoo was half full, there was no pen/shower cap, the air conditioning... more

We had a lovely 2 night break at this hotel recently. The room was fab, very contemporary design with lots of high end gadgets! There was a small decked area to the back of the room which would be nice to sit out in Summer. All the staff were friendly and professional. Parking is fine, they has spaces about 50m... more

Lovely hotel. This place is run by a team of young but highly professional staff who really seem to enjoy their jobs. The building iteself is lovely and has been beautifully restored. I was concerned it would be too contemporary for our tastes but although very modern it is classy - even the hints of pink neon! We had dinner... more

This place is all about style. Modern and well designed, the decor is part of the experience. The lighting, the electrically-frosted glass around the bath, the fabrics, the phone etc etc. are all put together quite well. We had the nice bonus of a balcony which augmented our otherwise average sized room. The people running the desk downstairs were all... more
