Convenient location. Quiet area. Excellent comfort. Elaborate, British decoration. Charming, welcoming & accomodating hosts. Delicious and tailored breakfast. Would definitely recommend. More

We and two friends have just had a great 6 night stay at Studley Cottage. We based ourselves at Tunbridge Wells in order to visit various National Trust properties in Kent. I agree with the majority of other reviewers who have rated this property 5 star - it is difficult to understand where the one poor review was coming from!... More

What a wonderful experience! There we were, just off a plane from Jamaica, and Lynn there to give us a wonderful welcome. She had waited all afternoon for us and we arrived a little the worse for wear. We enjoyed being fussed over and made to feel special. I cannot recommend this B& B highly enough. Stay there, you'll love... More

Studely Cottage is a perfect example of a well run B&B ideally located for a visit to Royal Tunbridge Wells and the many nearby attractions including the lovely Gardens of Sissinghurst, Great Dixter and in particular the romantic gem - Scotney Palace. Studely Cottage has clean and confortable rooms, a lovely breakfast and welcoming hosts. Although it is tucked away... More

We were welcomed into their home by John and Lynne when we first arrived and were treated as friends rather than as paying guests. Beautiful room with exclusive use of separate bathroom. Spotlessly clean with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable beds. Wonderful choice for breakfast. Quiet secluded location yet within easy reach of the town. A must for a return... More

We had a delightful stay at this wonderful B&B. An ideal location for exploring Kent/Sussex and with easy train access to London. Set in a quiet private street but convenient walking distance to the town. Lynne and John are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The full English breakfast was a tour de force. More

Lynne & John were most hospitable and Studley Cottage is both conveniently located and well appointed. They provide comfortable beds, quality linen and enjoyable breakfasts in relaxing surroundings. While we generally prefer B&Bs with separate entrances to entering through the house, the separation between the rooms and the house is well planned, albeit the bedroom areas are fairly compact. We... More

After the lovely time we had on a previous weekend, we chose this friendly, comfortable, quiet place as our base. The room was beautifully decorated and well presented, and we were made welcome by Lynn who is very friendly and takes a real care over her guests. On both nights we took the pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre... More
