Stayed for just one night but Jill the owner made us feel like old friends. Our room was spotless, the scones were delicious and Jill was a super hostess who went to great trouble to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend Victoria House to anyone needing a bed in Tunbridge Wells.

We stayed here for one night as wanted somewhere before going off to France. Jill's hospitality was great, yes we enjoyed her freshly baked scones and homemade jam when we arrived and then she helped us with booking a restaurant for that evening, really helpful. Can't fault the room, house, breakfast, service and location. Would highly recommend!

Spent 2 days at Victoria House and had a lovely experience. Comfortable, clean, friendly and very helpful. Yummy tea and scones on our arrival. Very good choice of items to have at breakfast. Can happily recommend it as a great stay.

Greeted with still-warm scones that would have made Mary Berry envious. Immediately made to feel at ease and room exuded a comfortable perfection. We could only stay one night; we wished we could have stayed a fortnight. It was worth every penny.
