Didn't realise it was a Guest House until after booking. It is, size apart, more like a five star hotel in it's finish, appearance and the charm and courtesy of the hostess. Small but beautifully finished rooms in a similarly beautifully appointed house make for memorable stay. Our GPS and Autoroute had a hissy fit over our destination and the... more

We are from the US. We recently spent two weeks int the UK, where we stayed at six different B&Bs. Danehurst House was one of finest. We stayed for three nights. Contrary to one of the other reviews, Angela and Michael are wonderful hosts, and the off-street parking is more than one can expect from many B&Bs in the UK.... more

We recently stayed at Danehurst House and would recommend it without hesitation. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the breakfasts excellent and large, and the hosts helpful and pleasant. Easy access to local pubs and restuarants, it served us well for a 4 day driving tour of Kent. more

We stayed at Danehurst for 3 nights towards the end of July and thoroughly enjoyed it. The flexibility and hospitality of the hosts Michael and Angela was first class. The room was good and the food excellent. We certainly hope to stay there again. more

This is a very elegant but friendly establishment. The furnishing and cleanliness are excellent. The house is obviously the pride and joy of the owners, but you are made to feel like honoured guests. The breakfasts are very good indeed. Even the garden is a delight with a large pond full of enormous Koi carp. There is also a secure... more

We booked two twin rooms (party of 4 meeting up for an "old girls" school reunion!) and were all delighted with the quality of the accomodation and the attention to detail. We were made very welcome on arrival for our one night stay and invited to relax in the guests' sitting room as an alternative to our attractive and individually... more

We spent two perfect nights at this luxury bed and breakfast and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are cosy and charming with a lot of nice details and the breakfast was simply delicious. The bed and breakfast is perfectly situated in the cultural region of Kent. It is just a few steps to the most beautiful English houses such... more

We stayed at Danehurst House for 2 nights in September. Our intention was to use Tunbridge Wells as a central location to tour the South East (Canterbury, Dover etc). The property is very attractive and the small bedrooms are very well appointed. You can expect feather pillows, high quality linens and duvets, a generous in room tea tray and bathroom... more
