on arrival we were met by one of the owners in a warm welcoming manner,we were very well looked after throughout our entire stay. The B&B is set on a main road which makes the garden, which is otherwise lovely, very noisy. The room (the annexe) was generally good, the very small and poorly equipped bathroom was disappointing.
