Nice clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The base cost of our room (£42) was very good, but car parking at the nearby Princes Quay shopping centre (as recommended by the hotel) was £10 from 14:30 Saturday until 16:30 Sunday. If we'd also had breakfast (£6.75 pp) the cost would have been more like... more

My husband and I checked in at the IBIS on July 12th for our Daughters Graduation which what was supposed to be a very event full and happy occasion. Very event full it was!! the night before our Daughters Graduation we were burgled from our room. The Manager and staff were unhelpful and we are now having to claim for... more

Stayed here for one night. The only thing I can describe as an inconvenience was the off-site parking, as mentioned by other reviewers. £5 for overnight parking at the nearby shopping centre. That aside, the hotel was fine. I didn't notice any of the smells that other reviewers mention. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and a good nights sleep.... more

i took my daughter and grandson to visit family in Hull. My husband could not book us into the two hotels we normally use when visiting because they were full (maybe says something). On getting into a difficult car park we found the disabled bays cordoned off with cones and tape so it meant a bit of a walk with cases... more

We normally stay at the Ibis when visiting relatives in Hull and have never had any problems in the past. On this occasion however, the same cannot be said. We had only stayed here the previous week and everything was ok. Like other reviewers have said, for the money, great value. Centre of the city, near to public transport options... more

The Ibis Hull is, as stated in my title, good value for money. This is a budget hotel and as such you should not imagine that you are going to get great luxury. What you do get is an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, clean good-sized rooms and a nice eating area off the lobby. The location of the hotel... more

The Ibis at Hull is fine for a short stay at a budget hotel but I wouldn't fancy a longer stay there. I was woken once by the ambulance depot next door but otherwise no problems. The location is very central and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and a nice... more

I often stay in budget hotels but I mainly prefer the Ibis chain. It would definitely be the best quality of all the bugdet chains. The rooms are fairly spacious and have all the amenities that are required for a basic nights stay. The showers are better than some four star hotels I have stayed in and each room has... more
