We have stayed at this venue on many occasions over the years and this visit was just as enjoyable as previous ones. The room was clean and comfortable but the biggest plus is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was generally without fault from both the hotel and restaurant personel. Well done Hull West!!

I've stayed in a few Premier Inns before, this is one of the best. The room was clean, the linen fresh and crisp, the staff were delightful. I slept very well, and woke up refreshed. Can't ask for more for the price paid.

Excellent hotel in nice location, very clean and large room, staff were efficient and friendly, family friendly and very very good value for money.I would definitely stay again, in fact I would look forward to it.

Stayed here for two nights when visiting for a family birthday, booked knowing you can't beat the Premier Inn for their price compared to other budget hotels. Room was clean, tidy and what you'd expect. Hotel seems like it does need updating in comparison to other Premier Inn's though, and fresh lick of paint would make it feel cleaner too.... More

A restful setting just off the main road but little traffic noise. Striking views across the Humber Bridge from the restaurant. Very clean, comfortable, quiet at night. High quality friendly service - recommend for all ages and physical abilities.

We stayed here for our third night on the Trans Pennine Trail. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely guys on the reception desk. Storing our bikes was not a problem at all. We travelled to Hull from Peterborough the sun was shining when we first saw the Humber Bridge. We booked into the Premier Inn, very nice , and a welcoming restaurant and bar. Typical good value accommodation . . . if you can get a discounted price. You know what to expect when staying here, handy location, comfort cleanliness & friendly staff. On this occasion we stayed one night to break up a long journey. Would definitely use Premier again whenever special offers are offered.
