We have stayed at Elder Grove twice and both times the stay has been superb. Spotless rooms, lovely breakfasts and the owners are very nice. I really would recommend this guest house to anyone and we will be going back. more

we stayed 3 nights at Eldergrove and could not find anything to fault. the room was clean and airy, lovely decoration. nice touches were the tray for muddy boots, organic locally produced toiletries in generous sizes. A friend and I stayed at Eldergrove B&B and had a very comfortable stay. It was in a great location for driving out to other parts of the Lake District and had a great choice of restaurants and bars for the evenings. We also found a lovely spa to have a much needed treatment at the end of the week.... more
