What do you want from a bed and breakfast? I wanted one that was easily accessible, easy to find, nice people running it, a clean and comfortable room with TV and washing facilities and really great breakfast and be able to ask about what and where to go in the locaility. Oh yes, and not pay the earth! Difficult to achieve all this? Not if you go to Thorneyfield. Alison and Alan are the friendliest hosts I've ever met and the bed and breakfast is utterly brilliant. Can't describe it any more. You'll just have to go and find out for yourself. Completely recommended. more
