We enjoyed our stay at Far Nook so much and will definitely go back as soon as possible. The rooms were so clean and tidy and everything you need is in it. Visited Far Nook in November 08 for my wife's brithday. Ambleside is one of our favourite places and try to visit each year - always looking for good place to stay that is not too expensive. Far Nook is immaculately presented throughout with a warm welcome from Stephen and Heather. The room had everything you could want and extras such as tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water and good quality shower products replaced daily. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent.
