This is a small B&B in the Lake District. It is within walking distance of Beatrix Potter's house. The B&B is in an idyllic setting with rolloing pastures surrounding you. We stayed in the Claife View room at Fair Rigg over Easter - a time when the Lakes, particularly around Windemere - gets really busy. We wanted somewhere not too far away but also somewhere quiet and relaxing. Fair Rigg was just perfect.
