The Queens Hotel is situated right in the middle of Ambleside. I've stayed here twice with the family staying in twin and single rooms. Loved my stay in Queen's while I was in the Lake District. The rooms are clean and the location is just perfect. Right in the middle of Ambleside and a stone's throw from the lake. The restaurant serves great food, so we don't have to go out to eat. more
