We stayed at Glenside for 2 nights in February. Paula (the hostess) was very welcoming and made us feel completely at home! Stayed in the Red Room for two nights in January 2009 and would thoroughly recommend this B&B. We have stayed in Ambleside several times over the last few years at various different B&B's and Hotels and Glenside rates very highly in comparison. We had a fantastic time. The Hostess (Paula) could'nt do enough for us. The Location is perfect ,close to the centre ,but quiet with fields behind & a large garden for visitors.
