Arrived on a wet afternoon, greeted by Gwen and a cup of tea - lovely! Our room was excellent, breakfast was great and a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere from Gwen and Reg, make you feel right at home. Plenty of walks without having to take the car, just a really good base for a stay - definitely going back... more

We strolled past this cute little bed and breakfast opposite a park in Ambleside, near Windermere about 4pm.
