A very comfortable and well situated bed and breakfast with lovely, accommodating hosts. Room small but perfectly formed, comfy bed and good shower. Great variety for breakfast and very tasty. Parking isn't on site, there are hired spaces a couple of hundred metres away but we had no problems.

We arrived at Park House and were warmly greeted by the owner Paul, the parking was included in the price and is only a short distance from the b&b, we took the bags in and parked up. We stayed at the Park House Guest in December 2012 for four nights the host was very attentive the breakfast was superb. Are rooms where spotless and clean such a refreshing change. I would recommend anybody to stay at this Quest house Also the food was excellent. JANET BYRNE

We spent a lovely 4 night stay over the New Year holiday. Park house is everything you want from a B&B. Comfortable bed, clean room, tasty breakfast, attentive hosts, and a perfect location in Ambleside. We hope to be returning soon.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights there and would certainly recommend this Guest House. It was immaculately clean and the food was very good indeed and the portions generous. Host very helpful. The location is very convenient for access to Ambleside. We shall be going there again.

Another very enjoyable stay here in room with lovely views. Bedroom and en suite are immaculate, hosts are attentive, personal parking space is useful. The location is perfect for social / shopping activities and fell walking. Good breakfast. Recommended.
