we had paid a visit to the grassington christmas market and this was our base for the weekend
when the coach pulled into the car park we were stunned it was like going back in time to the original crossroads motel
all they were missing was meg and sandy richardson behind the reception desk
despite this the motel was clean and warm and we did have an enjoyable stay
the motel is handy for touring the lake district
