great place wonderful escape from it all no tv no papers complete rest & relaxation great base for some of lakelands greatest walks. the hotel is well looked after clean and well presented. the bar serves a great selection of localy produced real ales with splendid views towards haystacks. the staff we found were happy to make us at home... more
