We decided to stay at the Waterhead Coniston after having a lovely lunch at the hotel in October 2007 and being impressed by the hotel's grounds and location. Great Location. Room 9 was nice decor....bed was uncomfortable. t.v in room ..not bad picture. Breakfast was nice...although fried bread tasted too oiley. Spectacular scenery.
