We had a fish & chips and couple of pints in the Red Lion while our stay in Grasmere. The food was superb quality and portions were HUGE! It was a mistake to order two meals, instead of one to share between us. The local ale was wonderful.
Atmosphere in the pub is really welcome and cosy.
