When you see Joe's magnificent lavish display of begonias in the front garden, you start to get a feel for the warmth and generosity of your hosts at Bowfell. The first thing that caught my heart was the beautiful flowers in the front garden of Bowfell. My girlfriend and I stayed at Bowfell during Sept 08 and really enjoyed our stay. Our host Pauline and Joe were very welcoming and it felt a bit like home with comfortable surroundings and great home cooked food.
