We stayed at the Edwardene for a couple of nights at the begining of October. In a town full of B&B's and hotels it was a great find. It looks very chinzy on their website but they are chucking it out as they carry out a gradual modernisation. It's not that the place is run down, just a bit dated... more

We recently spent three nights at the Edwardene. Keswick was a outstanding location for hiking in the Lake District with easy access to walks and trails. The town, even though it is small, has an active center with shops and restaurants and a great grocery store, and the Edwardene is just a short walk away. The hotel is very clean... more

After a very stressful month this hotel provided everything we wanted, i.e. friendly owners, quaint room with comfy bed, views over the hills, peacful location yet not too far from town with a great breakfast thrown in. We would not hesitiate to go back to this hotel. more
