Our first stay here. We were not shown to our room which is always a nice touch, told we had to ring before our arrival to ensure they were in, bit bizarre for a business!! Stayed for two nights towards end of July, Ravensworth was under temporary management as owners on holiday. Very warm welcome from "substitute manager", quickly checked in and shown room.
