“Thornleigh Guest House Second Visit”

We're just back from our second visit to Thornleigh and enjoyed it very much. The location is ideal and very handy for public transport. Room 6 has majestic views of Skiddaw. The choice at breakfast is good and I would particularly recommend Graham's poached eggs.

Thornleigh guest house was excellent b & b with very friendly owner Jill. We fully enjoyed the Easter holiday stay in the guest house. We got everything we needed .This is our favourite b n b in Keswick and we will be returning as soon as we can.

Keswick is our 'home away from home' and we bounced from various b&b's until discovering the Thornleigh in 2005. Excellent Bed and Breakfast. Great hosts. Nothing too much trouble for Jill. Great location too. A minute walk to the shops in Keswick yet only a few minutes drive and you're out of town. Great breakfast too.
