Warm, friendly and welcoming. Ronnie is a great host. He was always willing to help with where to visit and had some specifically child oriented information on walks. Great with the kids. Warm welcome, excellent hospitality throughout stay. Good breakfast selection of cereals, fruits, various toast toppings and tasty cooked breakfasts. Comfortable, spotlessly clean room. Easy to find, short walk from B&B into Keswick along lit pavements. Parking on nearby street. Will definitely try to book a room again on next visit to Keswick. more

Stayed in half term week for 3 nights - everything you would hope for was here, local knowledge from Ronnie which helped on some local walks and eating out, fantastic breakfast to start your day, big & comfortable room and all very clean. No issues at all. more

Ronnie was a great host and you could tell he is a trained chef by the quality of the breakfasts. The room was comfortable and he allowed me to bring my dog. He also gave us a route so that we could do a ramble and told us the names of all the pubs in Keswick which would accommodate dogs.... more
