My daughter and I stayed at the Lincoln for two nights whilst we did some walking in the Lake District. We were very pleased with the overall experience at the Lincoln. Website says there is ample parking but there isn't. Breakfast is allowed only from 8am to 8.30 am. Room was very small with noisy fan in the bathroom. Bright lights shining through the thin curtains. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Not good value for money. Better places to stay in keswick. More

Stayed here on a whim and glad we did. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Plus has Internet. Favorite B&B we have ever stayed at. More

Free, filling breakfast and wifi (accessible from the room) were great. The location is perfect and is only a 5-minute walk from the visitors center.
