Had the most fantastic weekend at Barton Hall with 25 family members. children teenagers cousins and grandparents suitable for everyone. Lovely welcoming fire had been lit so felt really homely Beautiful house lovely rooms and great breakfast. Would highly reccoomend to anyone

We came here 11 years ago when we didn't have kids. Now we have, we thought we'd come back and show them the walks and friendliness of the lakes and of ailsa and Martin at Barton hall. Old fashioned , yes, but in the best sort of way. Lovely roll-top baths , a superb breakfast. Some lovely pubs nearby.

This was our first visit to Barton Hall. The wife and I were booked into the Victorian Yellow room for three nights. What a very pleasurable experience it was as well.
