Especially good points: it has parking, the hosts are friendly and it's an easy walk into Penrith for restaurants, etc. Many facilities and lots of good local information in room. We booked our trip through Adventure Cycling who use this B&B as a base so we stayed here three nights. It was ideal, very clean and the room was a great size with a good ensuite (looked very new).
