We returned to Windermere after a 6 month absence it was like going home Grey Walls staff greeted us likeold friends catering for our every need during our 5 day visit Nothing was too much trouble Yes I would gladly recommend anyone looking for a fully relaxing stay the Grey Walls fits the bill.

We stayed over Easter for 2 nights. The room was quite spacious with a lovely bay window. Tea coffee etc. provided in room. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this B&B again.

Stayed for 3 nights in the middle of summer. We had a spacious room and we were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and shown how to get into the rooms. Space to park car. Good breakfast choice. Perfect Location and would stay here again.

The Hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Windermere train station, it is very welcoming with a great team of staff, the apple and beetroot soup was delicious, so was all the food, the accommodation was very nice and lovely and clean, the bed was extremely comfy and it was a good atmosphere at the bar
