Stayed a couple of nights at this splendid bed and breakfast very clean and comfortable, owners very informative and friendly. Breakfast was very good - location accessible to all attractions within windermere and bowness. We will be returning to this Bed and Breakfast very soon. more

No friendliness or warmth - be warned - you may be greeted with a hand out for your payment upfront before you even get to your room. Customer service isn't on the menu neither is a delicious breakfast don't do mushrooms or anything you may request - this establishment is not run for the guests' convenience only the proprietors!! more

The reviews on this page for the bad service have dumbfounded me. Either Britain on a whole have lost their sense of humour, or theres more stuck up people than I thought.
