wow! fantastic place to stay.... the owers were lovely and really took care of us! they were personal and not some fake customer services! we were up in room five and we were comfortable and treated well. I wouldnt go any place else for our honeymoon! more

We stayed for our 2nd anniversary and had a wonderful time! The rooms are very romantic with a four poster bed. The jacuzzi was the just perfect. We cannot say enough good things about this B&B. We were made to feel right at home and enjoyed every minute. Hope to go back again soon! more

The Ivythwaite is a lovely, quiet guesthouse. It is in a road off the main Windermere to Bowness route and apart from being opposite a little junior school it is very quiet.
