There are many many choices for breakfast! The room is ok for budget cost. However, there are many rules for guest to keep the hotel in good condition . E.g. No access the hotel after 1230, breakfast time only during 8.30-9.15, no take away meal in the hotel. more

We had a lovely stay at this B&B...... we travelled by train and it was about a 15 minute walk from the station at windermere. Very easy to find and right in the middle of Bowness and Windermere.
