Both myself and my other half had a very pleasant stay at Glenville house. The rooms were immaculate and the Craig and Lyn were fantastic hosts who were always there if we needed anything. The breakfasts were fab and we will definitely be returning!!

Everything smelled good. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was new. The owners were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was superb. The B&B was located within easy walking distance of Windermere, with Bowness a little further down the hill but still within easy reach.

This was our first visit to the lake district and certainly wont be the last; both Craig and Lynne made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. A lovely run place,from the warm greeting on arrival to the goodbye we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glenville House.Made our weekend away for a friends 40th simply perfect,great location,lovely friendly staff who offered great advice and made the best breakfasts!
