What's Bad: The place has been decorated to a very low standard. The heating went off too early and came on too late, so it was cold and smelt damp as a result. friendly hosts. rooms were small and so were the toilets. on the main road so the day can be busy- 10 mins from station. 2 minutes from lovey bars and cafes. not atypical lake district bnb as in the city centre more

The decor was very dated, tacky to say the least. Great surroundings though. Sadly I will not be returning as it was not as I expected. having said that the breakfast wasn't too bad, well what there was of it. more

Rayrigg Villa is a clean andcosy guesthouse. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. as far as guesthouses go its really very nice.
