We've stayed here before last year and thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the rooms were lovely as was the breakfast. We decided to visit again this year, once again we enjoyed our stay. We went with 2 other couples, my friend was the one who booked us in. On returning home we were disappointed to receive a phonecall from our friends... more

We stayed at Invergarry for a weekend, and had really pleasant stay. A warm welcome from Geoff and Mu, shown around the building and up to our spotless room. Very comfortable bed. In the morning, a very good breakfast and more genuine hospitality. On top of this, a great location for exploring both Windermere and Bowness. We would recommend this... more

We stayed at the Invergarry Guest House whilst passing through the Lakes and doing some walking and Geoff and Mu made us very welcome. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodation, location and breakfast was first class. I'd definitely recommend the Invergarry Guest House if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Lake District. more

Lovely little B&B in between Windermere and Bowness on Winderemere (about 10 minutes walk from the centre of each). Easy to find. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
