Where do I start? We were 4 adult women booked into a room with bunk beds. Our tea making facilities were a kettle - no cups, no tea, no coffee etc.

The window had been put through, there was damp on the walls, dirt on the windowsill, the door didn't lock but the manager said "ah, you'll be alright". There were dirty towels and sheets in the hallways of every floor, broken lights, our mirror was leaning against the wall, unattached and dangerous and despite being advertised as an adults-
only hotel there was a child staying there. It took the managers over an hour to get us a key for the room after we insisted that we wanted it locked and we had to ask three times for some towels.

Breakfast was served by one of the owners who was wearing the same stained clothes as the previous evening and didn't look as though she had been to bed. There was a hen party staying there that night who had been locked out of their room to the point that the fire brigade... more
