The staff were lovely and some were more helpful than others, but they were not always very knowledgable, which was unusual as they appeared to be local. We were in room 308, it is in desperate need of refurbishing, the bed was very uncomfortable and the view from the window was of the fire escape! But none of this compared... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel five nights in September. We found it very clean the room was refurbished, and very nice. Good food and pleasant staff.Dont be put off with outside appearance, We booked up for two mid weeks next year. Very good value. more

I stayed at the Ambassador hotel in June, I actually found the staff to be very polite and had a very pleasant stay there. I thorougly enjoyed my breakfast and evening dinner, if I did return to Blackpool I would definately give them a call. more

we booked into this hotel for the weekend, we arrived at 3.45 friday work men all over the place shown too our room in the room for 5 minutes a workman knocked on the door too put a head board on the bed. Ahh yes what to say? Such a friendly place, all the staff were just lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The Hotel manager was so helpful and up for a laugh! The food was gorgeous and the new contempary dining roon was beautiful. A really lovely stay and I'll be going back next year. more
