rooms so small ,dirty/smelly/sticky carpets,en-suite is so small you need to leave the door open to wash,en-suite cold,damp,very very poor quality furnature ,tv hangs on the wall with a load of cables left to dangle ,bed linen was damp overall i would say buy a big wheelie bin leave it out side use it for your rubbish then empty it...
