The has to be the best b&b we have ever stayed at. All the rooms we very well presented and the bathroom was immaculate. Simon and Karen were fantastic hosts and nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if visiting Blackpool Janet & John

Returned from The Waterford today. This guest house is perfect, friendly hosts, warm, clean, "immaculate" and so so quiet. Breakfast was gorgeous (will miss it in the morning!) Stayed here after reading reviews on trip advisor. Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Furniture in the room was cheap ikea but ok. Just returned from a 3 night stay. The owners Simon and Karen were very welcoming. Our room was a small double, very comfortable and had everything we needed, including bathrobes and slippers. Both the bedroom and shower room were exceptionally clean. Huge bathtowels provided. Great choice on breakfast menu and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the Full English breakfast.... More
